Comment s'organisent les etudes de mèdecine en Algerie?
Les etudes médicales sont des etudes longues ce qui fait une raison supplementaire de savoir dans quoi on s'engage!!
En Algerie après le BAC chaque bachelier remplit une fiche de choix sur la base des notes obtenues la ou un autre concours qui commence vu que le nombre de place est limité (700-800 à alger) pour faire medecine il faut avoir au minimum une moyenne de 12.5/20 au BAC.
1. GRADUATION :
cycle prè-clinique
Première année : comporte un enseignement scientifique fondamental
Cytologie, génétique, embryologie, anatomie générale et anatomie des membres, chimie générale et organique, biochimie structurale, physique et biophysique , biostatistique, informatique, introduction à la déontologie.
Deuxième année :
-
Physiologie.
-
Biochimie métabolique,
-
Histologie (étude des divers organes du point de vue structural, fonctionnnel, et du développement embryologique)
-
Anatomie: Le système cardio -vasculaire, le système respiratoire, le système digestif, le système urinaire, le système nerveux central, les glandes endocrines et la reproduction..systeme nerveux pèrepherique
Troisième Année : le premier contact avec l'hopital ( service de médecine interne)
parasitologie, pharmacologie, physio-pathologie, anatomie pathologique, radiologie, immunologie, sémiologie, bactériologie, virologie(microbiologie).
cycle clinique
4/5 et 6 années forment ce qu'on appelle traditionellement l'externat. les etudes sont repartis pour moitié entre la faculté et les services hospitaliers.
Quatrième année: Cardiologie, pneumo- phtysiologie, maladies infectieuses, , gastro-enterologie. neurologie. hematologie
Cinquième année :
Traumatologie, urologie, pédiatrie, psychiatrie, gynécologie/obstétrique, endocrinologie.
Sixième année :
Oto-rhino-laryngologie, ophtalmologie, dermatologie, médecine legale .médecine de traveil; epidemiologie; urgence medico-chirurgicale
internat
Septième année :
Cette année est consacrée à quatre stages de 03 mois chacun 02 stages obligatoires qui sont : gynécologie/obstétrique, pédiatrie. 02 stages obligatoires aussi mais au choix un de chirugie l'autre de médecine
A la fin de cet internat, le candidat est tenu de présenter quatre rapports de stage en vue de l'obtention de son diplôme de médecin géneraliste et il peut passer le residanat(concours national qui permet d'acceder à la specialisation qui dure 05 ans pour obtenir un diplome d'etude médical specialisé
II. CYCLE POST-GRADUE
la formation spécialisée en vue du Diplôme d'Etudes Médicales Spécialisées Cette préparation dure 04 à 05 ans
